Ann may have been born c 1692. This birth date is a guess, based on parents' marriage date (1683), and birth order (third).
The Birth Date is a rough estimate. See the text for details.

Ann Bowater was a daughter of John Bowater and Frances Corbitt, both of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, England.[1] We do not know the immigration date for the family, but Ann's father probably brought his new bride to Pennsylvania and then purchased land. Ann would have been born a few years later, probably in Edgmont, Chester County, Pennsylvania Colony.

Immigrating to Pennsylvania Colony

John Bowater, Ann's father, was a Quaker. He was in America visiting Friends Meetings in Virginia in 1677 and 1678.[1] He was imprisoned in London from 1681 to 1683 for his religious beliefs.[1] In 1685, John Bowater purchased 50 acres in Edgmont, Pennsylvania Colony.[1]

Family

Ann married William Chandler. The abstract of the will of her mother, Frances Bowater, (Book A, page 110, Chester County, Pa), mentions her daughter Ann Chandler.[2]

Death and Legacy

Ann probably died before 1741, as she is not mentioned in the wedding record of her son, John.[2]

Boweter-7 and Bowater-2 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate profile. Same spouse and marriage date. Please merge into Bowater-2 to be consistent with father's LNAB. The Boweter spelling is likely a typo in the 1937 source.

Bowater-2 and Bowater-147 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents, same siblings, same dates.

Unmerged match with Bowater-51. The parents need to be resolved. Looks to me like they were John and Frances Corbett. Here is a copy of Frances' will abstract where she mentions her daughter Ann Chandler. http://freepages.family.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mygermanfamilies/BealsJohn.html
