Biography

Susannah BOWCOCK aka: SUSAN BOCOCK was born about 1837 at Ellalong NSW this date is estimated from her age of 63 years at her death in 1900 at Jerrys Plains NSW [from death certificate]. She was buried at what is referred to as Halton's old Post Office, Howe's Valley or the Church of England Howes Valley. Married to Richard HARRIS in 1854 at Howes Valley. She was the daughter of James BOWCOCK [convict] and Catherine CROWLEY [came free 1834].
