Provided by Camille Inifer: "Joseph Dowell b. 10 May 1834 Barwell, Leicestershire d. 13 Oct 1907 Beechworth, Victoria, AUSTRALIA. He married Eliza Susannah Bowen 29 Jun 1858 at Congregational Church, Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, AUSTRALIA (they are my husband’s great grand parents). He arrived 31 Jan 1852 on the ship 'Bride' in Victoria, AUSTRALIA under Assisted Passage." She arrived in Melbourne in the ship Medway in 1855.^[1]
