Mrs. Susan Roberson Passes Away at 92

Mrs. Susan Bowen Eunice Roberson, 92, died Thursday morning at the home of her son, D. A. Eunice, in Pierce county after an extended illness.

Funeral services were held Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Ben James Primitive Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Elder James Land of Jacksonville and the Rev. H. L. Dixon of Patterson officiated.

Mrs. Roberson was a native of Appling county and was a member of the Ben James Church. She had made her home with her son for eight years.

Survivors include another son, Joseph G. Eunice, San Francisco, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Hattie Youmans, Blackshear, Mrs. Bessie Peeples and Mrs. Dorothy Rutkowski, both of Houston, Texas; 49 grandchildren, 115 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchi­ldren.

Pallbearers were grandsons. Darling Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.^[4]
