Served as a radioman (RM2) in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Reid (DD369) and USS Regulus (AK14) at Pearl Harbor, HI, in World War II. He joined the Navy Aug. 3, 1942, and was the only authorized Volkswagen dealer in Arkansas in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Died from injuries received as a passenger in an auto accident. Green eyes, brown hair, 5-10.
