Biography

Rebecca Bowman was born on March 25, 1745, in Opequon Creek, Frederick County, Virginia to George Bowman and Mary Hite. She married George Madison Brinker on March 7, 1798, in Frederick, Virginia. They had eight children in 17 years. She died on January 26, 1831, in Frederick, Virginia, having lived a long life of 85 years, and was buried in the Larrick-Brinker Graveyard there.
