Cecelia Emaline Bowman Wills was born Feb. 11, 1811 in Burke, North Carolina, USA to Shepherd Bowman. Her mother's name is not yet known.
She married Drury Wills (1812 - 1902) and their children were Minerva J. Wills Smith (1840 - 1874), Jackson B Wills (1844 - 1882), Groves Shephard Wills (1846 - 1926), and Benjamin Franklin Wills (1847 - 1917).
