William was born about 1802 in Marylalnd. [1] [2] He died on 5 Oct 1863 in Chester Township, Wells, Indiana. [citation needed]
He married Phoebe S Parker (1804-1845) on 25 Jan 1832 in Frederick, Virginia [3]
In 1850 he was a 48 year old farmer living in Chester, Wells, Indiana, United States with his wife Elizabeth and their children. [1]
In 1860 he was a 58 year old chair maker living with Elizabeth and their children in Chester Township, Wells, Indiana, United States. [2]
