Biography

Jane was born in 1814, the daughter of Thomas Boyd and Grace Varty.

She was baptised on 30 December 1814 at Hackney St John, London, England.

Her mother died in 1833.

In 1841 she was living with her father and siblings in Church Street, St John Hackney, Middlesex, England. She was about 25.

She never married and after her parents had both passed away, she appears to have lived with her brother and sisters all her life.

In 1851 she was still in Hackney, Middlesex, England with her siblings Elizabeth and John. Age 36.

Occupation: Independent Living Bratha On Ming (?)

By 1881 she had moved to Woolwich Rd, Erith, Kent, England, living with her siblings John, Elizabeth and Sarah. She was 66.

Occupation: Gentlewoman

Jane passed away in 1889 at the age of 75, unmarried.^[1]
