John L. Boyd, the son of John Boyd and Catherine Weedin, was born on 20 March 1860.[1][2] An application membership in the Sons of the American Revolution shows that John's wife was Annie Augusta Lamberson. and that John's middle name was Leber.[2]
John L. Boyd and Anna Augusta Lamberson were married about 1880. Based on US Census and other records, they had at least the following children:

Harold Wilmer Boyd, b. 13 Sept 1891 at Jamaica, Queens, New York[5]; m. Ethel Lillyn Bishop at Nassau County, New York, on 26 April 1913 at Nassau County, New York[6] (license dated 17 Apr 1913)[7]
Emma A Boyd, b. 16 July 1895; m. George W. Irwin; d. 3 Feb 1989[8]
In 1900, John L. Boyd, his wife of twenty years, Annie A., and 6 children lived at 41 North Washington Street, in Queens Ward 4, Queens, New York. John worked as a collector.[9]
John L. Boyd died on 21 Sept 1926 at New York City, Queens, New York. His wife was Anna A. Boyd.[1]
