Chambré Brabazon, 5th Earl of Meath was born circa 1645. He was the son of Edward Brabazon, 2nd Earl of Meath and Mary Chambré. He married Hon. Juliana Chaworth, daughter of Patrick Chaworth, 3rd Viscount Chaworth of Armagh and Lady Grace Manners, before 1682. He died on 1 April 1715.
He succeeded to the title of 5th Earl of Meath [I., 1627] on 22 February 1707. He succeeded to the title of 6th Lord Brabazon, Baron of Ardee, co. Louth [I., 1616] on 22 February 1707. He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1710.
