DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Thomas:
It's my understanding that Thomas was the oldest son and was born in England and sailed with his parents and landed in Philadelphia in 1699. He was also listed as the first child in his father William Brackin's Last Will which would imply that he was the oldest son.
I can't find a source for the very specific dates of birth and death, except for the FAG memorial, which doesn't have any sources or images attached. Is there another source which has this information. Thank you.
Bracken-15 and Bracken-175 appear to represent the same person because: Mothers (Hannah Booker) match; Spouses (Martha Green) match. Birth and death years almost match. Birth locations differ.
