Stillman was born in 1763. He is the son of Stephen Bradley and Ruth Meigs.

Birth: est. 04 Sep 1763 Death: Aug. 31, 1849 age 85yrs 11 months 27 days

His Tombstone inscription says died 1819 which would put his birth ca.1733
