Timothy married Mercy / Marcy Baldwin Feb 13 1745 in Woodbridge Congregational Society, Woodbridge, Connecticut. Both were from Amity.[5][3][6] Some information has Marriage in 1744.[7]

Timothy served during American Revolutionary War., which is indicated with a marker at his grave.[19]
Timothy / Timaphy died Oct 10 1803, age 82, in Middlesex, Connecticut.[20][21] Some sources state he died Oct 1809, age 89, in Woodbridge, Connecticut [3]
He is buried in East Side Burying Ground , Woodbridge, New Haven County, Connecticut, USA [22]
