Biography

His inventory was taken on 4 December 1716 and recorded at Fairfield.[1] His widow made an oath that it was a true inventory. Sarah was appointed administratrix of the estate. Distribution was ordered with the widow getting 1/3 of the moveables and the rest to be divided among the children. viz. six sons and one daughter, the eldest son to get a double portion. His father, Francis Sr's estate had also not been completely settled.

The distribution of the estate was made on 1 September 1721 and recorded at Fairfield.[2]
