Biography

November 18, 1705 -- Nathaniel Bradstreet was baptized at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Province.

Nathaniel Bradstreet was the seventh child and youngest son of Moses and Hannah (Pickard) Bradstreet.

Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet inherited his farm from his father. Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet also acquired other lands.

April 19, 1727 -- Nathaniel Bradstreet and Hannah Northend married at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay

Hannah Northend was a daughter of Ezekiel and Dorothy (Sewall) Northend of Rowley.

Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet and Hannah Northend Bradstreet (1st wife) had eight children: three daughters (Hannah (died young), Hannah, and Jane) and five sons (Moses, John (died young), Nathaniel, Ezekiel, Nathaniel (died young)).

April 11, 1739 -- Hannah Northend Bradstreet died at Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Province.

August 15, 1739 -- Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet and Hannah Hammond married at Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Province.

Hannah Hammond was a daughter of Thomas Hammond and Hannah Platt.

Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet and Hannah Hammond Bradstreet (2d wife) had five children: three daughters (Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah) and two sons (Nathaniel and John).

November 30, 1752 -- date of Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet's will. It mentioned his wife Hannah "who is to have 'that land which was in my Uncle John's division;' son Moses to have the homestead; son Nathaniel; son John; and daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah, and Hannah (Essex Probate 331. Page 99)." [1]

December 2, 1752 -- Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet died at Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Province.

December 25, 1752 -- date on which Lieutenant Nathaniel Bradstreet's will was probated.
