The WikiTree page for Samuel Ward and the links contained in it for his two wives, Abigail Maverick and Sarah Bradstreet, show that Abigail died (1685) the year after he married Sarah (1684). The possibility of divorce or polygamy discounted, one date of the other must be wrong.
