Miriam Bragg was born in Sept. 15, 1831 in Cobbitty, Narellan, New South Wales, Australia to William Bragg and Ann (Rumsby) Bragg.
She married Thomas Small on June 8, 1852 at Field of Mars, Parramatta, New South Wales.
Together they became the parents of Ann Charlotte Small, John Thomas Small, Edwin Henry Small, Miriam Susannah Small, Sydney George Small, Albert William Small, Rowland James Small, Amy Sabina (Small) Jones, Frank Melville Small, Henry "Harry" Hubert Small, Jennings Still Small, Edith Mary Small, Edgar Horton Small, and Walter Andrew Small.
Mariam died on Apr. 29, 1874 Empire (Sydney, NSW : 1850 - 1875), Thursday 7 May 1874, page 1. [1] DEATHS. On the 29th April, at her residence, Victoria-road, Ryde, Miriam, the dearly beloved wife of Thomas Small, aged 34, leaving an affectionate husband, ten children, and a numerous circle of friends to mourn their loss.
She was buried in St Anne's churchyard Ryde. buried at Saint Anne's Church Cemetery in Ryde, New South Wales.[2]
