Biography
GENEALOGY HELP required for this profile. Very little record is found of Ethel. This original profile was built from a brief description in a Williams Family record where the surname was spelt with an extra 'i', Braithwaite. The NZ BDM reference gives her as Brathwaite, Ethel Norman, with the same birth date as in the Williams book, and same parents as her sister Ada that married F.W. Williams. Her father's obituary states that he had 3 daughters.
The wedding and death dates from the Williams book (see Sources below) are given on this profile, but I can not find any reference to these in the newspapers or in the NZ BDM online reference. There is one newspaper reference that reads, DEATHS: WILLIAMS, - At Napier, on April 13th, 1898, Doris Ethel, infant daughter oi George Coldham and Ethel Williams, aged 10 days. Did she since leave New Zealand?
