Biography

Christiane Eberhardine, Markgrafin (Margravine) von Brandenburg-Bayreuth, was the eldest child of Christian Ernst, Markgraf von Bayreuth, and his second wife, Sophie Luise, Herzogin (Duchess) von Wurttemberg, and was born 29 December 1671 at Schloss zu Bayreuth.[1]; [2] She was baptised at Bayreuth 4 January 1672.[1]
