H. T. Ferguson, Jr. Henry Ferguson son of Dicey stated to A. M. Goins, Attorney from Jonesville, Lee Co., Va., in 1904, that his mother (Dicey) was a sister to Elizabeth (Brashears) Hyden Elizabeth Brashears. (Entire letter - p.318 of 373) ^[2]

Dicey and Henry Ferguson's children, Malinda Ferguson, and son Henry T. Ferguson, Jr., were witnesses in "Hyden, J.W. vs. Choctaw Nation" ^[3]
