Rites Held For Otis Brazil, 70 Funeral services for Otis C. Brazil, 70, a resident of 1214 S. Van Buren, San Angelo, for the past 14 years, were held at 10 am. Friday, April 30, in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Vernon Robinson, pastor of Miles Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was made at 3 pm. Friday in High Valley Cemetery, Chappal community, with the Rev. Bob Eklund of Park Heights Baptist Church, San Angelo, officiating;. His nephews served as pallbearers. He died at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, at the Baptist Memorials Hospital.
Brazil was born March 8, 1901 in San Saba county and was a retired stock farmer. He married Ina Mae Seals Jan. 9, 1927, in San Angelo. He was a member of the Park Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of San Angelo; a son, Jesse Jim Brazil of Pearland; a daughter, Mrs. Wanda Alene Rainbolt of Albuquerque, N.
