Biography

Susanna Breed, born 19 Nov 1749, in or near Stonington, Connecticut ^[1], was the second child of Dorothy (McLaren) Breed (1728-1776) and Gershom Breed (1715-1777) ^[2].

She married 27 May 1772 at Guilford, Connecticut, Daniel Brewer ^[3]. The Breed genealogy states that his name was David, "of Guilford", which may be an error.

Susanna (Breed) Brewer may have had several children ^[4], however source referencing on them is spare:

It states that Susanna was wife of Mr. Daniel 'Brewster', while the surname 'Brewer' is clearly evident in the depicted image of the grave marker.
