Biography

Sally Breed was the fifth child of Mary "Polly" (Hancox) Breed (1789-1843) & Charles Breed (1783-1858) ^[1]. She was born at "Breedtown", which today consists of a junction of rural roads near Titusville, in Venango County, Pennsylvania. Her birth date of 23 Sep 1818 is garnered from her online memorial site ^[2].
