Mildred A Breeden was born on May 24, 1842 in Clark Co., Indiana.[1] She was the daughter of Calvin Breeden ang Fatima Vaughn/ Fatima UNKNOWN.
Mildred A Breeden married James Amos McCrosky in Jeffersonville, Clark Co., Indiana, on March 24, 1859,[2] when she was 16 years old. They had two sons and five daughters. They lived in Oregon, clark Co., Indiana in 1860, where they had a farm. Their daughter was just 5 mo. old on the 1860 Census.[3]
They lived in Oregon, Clark Co., Indiana then later Jackson, lIllinois.
Her husband James passed away on March 14, 1897, in Jackson, Illinois, at the age of 60. They had been married 37 years.
She died on May 24 1920 in Murphysboro, jackson Co., Illinois, at the ate of 77, and was buried in the Tower Grove Cemetery there.[1]
