Rufus King Breeden, son of Champney Breeden and Martha C. Miller, was born in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana in 1855. He was living with his parents in St. Helena Parish when they were counted on the 1870 census there.[1]
He died in 1929 and was buried at Sandy Creek Baptist Cemetery in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.[2]
