The bride is a niece of Mr. H. B. Shurtleff, at whose home the marriage took place. Rev. F. C. Rogers, of the Pine street church, officiated, making use of the beautiful Episcopal marriage service. Immediate friends of the bride and groom from Auburn were present. Mr. Beals is in trade in Auburn and the wedded pair will reside in that city.
