She married Thomas Barnes Dunn on November 25, 1835, in Minot. He was born March 14, 1811, in Poland, Maine. His parents were Josiah and Sally (Barnes) Dunn.
They moved from Minot to Turner, Maine before 1860.
Thomas Barnes died on May 11, 1863, in Minot at the age of 52.
Evelyn Barnes moved again, before 1870 to Dixfield, Maine.
Evelyn (Bridgham) Barnes died 28 years after her husband’s death, on June 4, 1891, in Minot at the age of 75.
Both are buried at the Olde French Cemetery at Turner, along with his parents and three of their children.
