update - I was apparently waiting for a reply and lost track of this profile when there was none. MedLands links remain in the comments, where you'll also find a discussion of her LNAB.
Found the relevance of the previous comment's MedLands link - it was to William Montagu (died 1344), an ancestor of the Elizabeth Montagu who was Sir Guy's second wife. A better link would be to her entry: Elizabeth Montagu
two MedLands links I've found that do relate:
MedLands - Lords Grey (of Codnor)... includes Richard m Joan FitzPayn but not the son Robert who married Elizabeth de Bryan.
this MedLands page has Ela, "daughter of --- (-16 Feb 1356)", widow of John Marshal, "married secondly (licence 29 Jun 1319) as his second wife, Robert FitzPayn Lord FitzPayn." That Robert appears to be FitzPayn-16, who names [this Elizabeth de Bryan's husband] Robert son of Richard as an heir.
This page says Guy's first wife was Alice Holoway and was mother of the daughters attributed by Richardson to Jane:
"While he was still a young man, sir Guy married Alice Holoway, a Devon heiress, who died before 1350, leaving daughters but no son. Of these daughters, Phillippa married (i) sir Edward de Bohun, who died s.p. in 1362, and (ii) sir John Chandos, who died s.p. in 1428; Margaret married sir Hugh Courtenay (C.R., 1360-64, 242) as his first wife, and died s.p. shortly after 1361; and Elizabeth married sir Robert Fitzpaine, (formerly Grey) and had issue an only daughter who married Richard, lord Poynings,..."

Children of Richard de Grey, by Joan FitzPayn:
Robert Fitz Payn, younger son, born about 1321. He married before 16 October 1354 Elizabeth De Bryan, daughter of Guy de Bryan, Lord Bryan, of Laugharne, etc. by his 1st wife, Joan, daughter of John de Carew. They had two daughters, Isabel and Elizabeth. Sir Robert FitzPayn, died 21 May 1393. His wife, Elizabeth, predeceased him.

Richard De Poynings, 3rd Lord Poynings, 2nd son, born about 1355. He married Isabel FitzPayn, daughter of Robert FitzPayn (formerly de Grey), by Elizabeth, daughter of Guy de Bryan. She was born about 1362.

Sources above for Elizabeth De Bryan, who married Robert FitzPayn, shows Medlands and D. Richardson is using Bryan as the spelling for Elizabeth Brienne-10.

Did I miss anything?

Should I change her LNAB to Briene (or Bryan) or wait until primary documentation for her birth or baptism surfaces to show what it should be?

update - and now it doesn't, so I have re-orphaned the profile.
