Biography

Charles Briggs was born on 3 June 1872 in Eastney, Hampshire, his father, Charles, was 23 and his mother, Emily, was 22. He married Louisa Yates in April 1895 in Portsea Island, Hampshire. They had four children during their marriage. He died on 17 January 1942 at the age of 69.
