I am re-proposing a merge of Briggs 2223 and Briggs 6861 although I am not sure about a double marriage to Jonathan Briggs and Thomas Harvey by Experience Harvey, but this could be true so more evidence needs to be posted.

Briggs-3010 and Briggs-2223 appear to represent the same person because: Same dates; same parents.
