Note H231Wilbur does not appear in the 1910 census. He was a coal miner, working as a hoisting engineer for Red Rock Coal Co., Meleher, Iowa, at the time of his draft registration. He eventually worked in a button factory in Center, Ia., and maintained electricity in a chicken factory, according to family history.
