Bright-2094 and Bright-414 do not represent the same person because: The biography of Frances Bright Bower states that her father was born in Ireland. Bright-414 had a Pennsylvania bien father.

I believe that 1900 Census says that Francis’ parents were both born in VA. She may have been unaware that her father was born in PA vs. VA.

Census also says that the father of Granddaughter (Ruby Davis) was born in Ireland. I will attempt clarify biography.

I understand that more research may be needed; however, please review the below to confirm my alternate assessment of currently available information. Thanks,

1900 Residence: Floyd Co., VA, Court House District 14, H122: …… Bower, Frances 68 yo widowed w/f farmer, b. July 1831 VA, parents b. VA, 10 children with 7 living, owns farm, HOH. …… Davis, Rubie M. 8 yo gran daughter, b. June 1891 VA, father b. Ireland, mother b. VA. [4]

Associated FamilySearch profile indicates that father (George) was born in PA. George Michael BRIGHT (1782–1873) | Person | Family Tree | FamilySearch https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/L4W5-7W7

This is supported by 1850 Census: George Bright, "United States Census, 1850" — FamilySearch.org - url - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M8DM-4X8

1870 Census says George was born in VA: George Bright in household of Thomas Bank, "United States Census, 1870" — FamilySearch.org - url https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MFLY-GGN

Maybe consider an unmerged match (vs. a rejected match) while additional research is done?

Thanks for listening.
