Biography

Samuel Brockett II was a Connecticuter.


Samuel Brockett, the son of Samuel Brockett and Sarah Bradley, was born February 15, 1682. On April 15 1699 he married Rachel Brown, the daughter of Samuel Brown and Mercy Tuttle. They had 6 children: Titus, Sarah, Isaac, Rachel, Abigail, and Samuel. Rachel died in January 1718. On August 5, 1718 he married Elizabeth Hemingway, the daughter of Samuel Hemingway and Sarah Cooper. Elizabeth had previously divorced Nathaniel Finch, and was the widow of Zachariah How.[1]
