He married Elizabeth Green at Groton, Massachusetts on January 22, 1751/2. [5] Elizabeth was born there on February 23, 1730/1, daughter of Eleazer Jr. and Anna Green. [6]
Elizabeth's father Eleazer Green wrote his will on August 20, 1761, naming among his heirs, daughter Elizabeth Brooks. Benjamin Brooks Jr. was among the heirs, acknowledging they had read the will of their late father and requested the approval on January 1, 1762. [7]
Captain Benjamin Brooks Jr, died at Townsend on June 7, 1790 in his 61st year. [8]
