Alberry Brown was the son of Hiram Brown and Mary Allison. He was born in 1826 in either Jackson or White County, Tennessee. He followed Josiah, his older brother, to Polk County, Missouri, and there married Lucinda Wright on 15 June 1848.[1] They had two children before he died in 1852. He is buried in Polk County, Missouri, in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.[2]
