Biography

Joshua Rogers Brown was born in June 1812. He was the fourth child of Randall Brown and Sarah Palmer.

Joshua Rogers Brown was a Congregational minister; graduate of Yale College, with pastorates at Goshen, Connecticut, and Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

He married Susan Almira Brown [b. 1820; d. 1883 in New Haven, Connecticut]. They had 3 children.

Rev. Joshua Rogers Brown passed away in July 1858 at Longmeadow, Massachusetts
