Brown-83303 and Brown-17705 do not represent the same person because: John Brown of North Newbald, Yorkshire (Brown-83303) and John brown of Berwickshire and Northumberland ( Brown-17705) are born well apart, 11 years in time as well as 200 miles distance. They are clearly different people and their marriages are clearly incompatible considering the size of their families as well as the time span.

Brown-83303 and Brown-17705 do not represent the same person because: John Brown of Newbald and Holme in the East Riding of Yorkshire is a different person from John Brown of Berwicshire, Scotland because they have incompatible marriages, the latter when John in Yorkshire was only 11 years old.
