Biography

Patience (Browne) Bigelow was born on March 6, 1668 or 1669 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay.^[1] She was the daughter of Jonathan Browne and Mary (Shattuck) Browne.^[2] She was the sister of James Brown, Mary Brown, Elizabeth Brown, Jonathan Brown, Patience Browne, William Browne, Susana Browne, Abraham Brown, Samuel Brown, Lydia Brown, Ebenezer Brown, Benjamin Brown, and William Brown. She married James Bigelow on March 5, 1687^[3] in Sherbourne, Massachusetts Bay.^[4] She passed away in about 1693.
