Willard was born in 1904 to Willard Brown and Clabie Schilling.
Willard (Bob) is found in the 1910 Census at age 5 living in Concord Township, Ottawa County, KS with his parents, Willard and Clabie, and siblings, Margaret, Irwin, Mary, and Maria.[1]
Willard is found in the 1940 Census as "W. Robert Brown Jr." at age 36 in St. Clere Township, Pottawatomie County, KS with his wife Marvel (35), daughter Virginia Lee (11) and father Willard R. (72).[2]
Willard R. Jr. is found in the 1950 Census living in St. Clair, KS with his wife Marvel and father Willard R. Sr.[3]
Willard died in 1996 and is buried in Highlands Cemetery, Minneapolis, KS.[4]
