Constance was born in 1899. She was the daughter of Arthur Brown and Frances Metcalfe. She passed away after 1911.

Research Notes

Birth registration at Cuckfield^[4] seems less likely than Hailsham, based on the place of birth of Ripe in the census returns. It seems likely that the woman born at Cuckfield is the Violet Alice Brown, born 31 Jan 1899, who died there in Q1 1979.^[5]
