I have always been told as a child till now that we are native American on my grand mom ruby's side. I have lived many places in my . After my parents divorced when we were about 5 and six. My brother and I. We were split up . Vic with dad and me with mom. Mother decided to move us to Connecticut. Really bad move. Things went realy wrong there and I decided at 12 I would leave that place alone and did. I ended up after a short stay in Manhattan new York! I would go to live with my father in maryland. For reasons I won't mention. I was placed in the care of My father's parents Raymond Charles Brown and Gertrude Neugabour Brown. Probably not spelled corectly. I guess I was there a year or so and was placed in the care of Violet Brown my father's sister. And in a cople years from then finally went to live with dad Raymond Charles Brown Jr. Now married . My brother and I finally reunited. We lived in anarondle maryland for a short time. Dad divorced and moved my brother and I to south Baltimore maryland I think I turned 14. I lived there with many bumps along the way till I was 23 I think. I had 3 children there. Nicholas Mccormick in 1983. Ashley Brown 3 yeas later and Amy morris the year after her.then at 23 I went to Wisconsin with my mom. Got married to mark clark.i think Amy was about 4. We didn't stay liveing together but stayed married for several years. Wisconsin was a time that was full of growth and heart break. Leaving my children behind I went to Florida. There I found LIFE. I grew.. I became the new me. It was here I started my search for my blood line. I met Michael J. Mckenna who became my husband and still is today. We moved to Illinois 10 years ago. I have 4 grand children 2 from Nick and 2 from Amy. That's about it. My life in short form lol

I was browsing the list of Brown profiles and noticed that there seem to be two profiles in your name – Brown-48103 and Brown-72315.
Possibly you had an account and forgot the password or created a new account for some other reason.
If this is the case, please could you contact info (at) wikitree to deactivate one of the accounts and seek advice about migrating profiles.
Kind regards and many thanks.

- You can see new tabs at the top of our home page, where you can select topics to view or work on. You can also use our new maintenance categories - feel free to add them to your own family, or any other Jewish Roots profile, or work on the maintenance yourself, such as adding new records to profiles with only a couple sources.
-I'm sending an invitation to join GoogleGroups, which we are re-starting this week. We'll probably do most group chat there, but the most important things will be posted on G2G, which you will be notified about if you follow the jewish_roots tag.
-You can also join Wikitree's discord server, where we have a Jewish Roots chat channel.
-If you have ideas or suggestions for the project, feel free to reply here or send me a message.
Thank you! -Elaine, co-leader for Jewish Roots Project
Thanks, Brandon Stump
The Australia Project leadership team are carrying out our annual check-in to see how you are going in the project. We'd really like to thank you for all your work on Australian profiles over the past year! We think we've made great progress in 2020/21 with your assistance.
Please could you reply to this message, to let us know if you would like to stay on in the project and if you are happy with your current role and team involvement. If you would like to do something additional or different, take a look on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.
It would also be great to get any feedback or suggestions that you have to improve the project.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Margaret Haining Membership Coordinator

Please could you get back to me by private message to let me know if you are happy with your current role and team involvement within the project or if you would like to do something additional or different. Currently we have you down as a member of the Indigenous Australians team. If you would like to change, you can check on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.
It would also be great to hear any feedback and any suggestions that you have to improve the project. On a practical note, if you are a member of the google group, are you receiving messages ok?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Gillian, co-Leader, Australia Project
I see that you have the Elizabeth Quatie (Brown) Ross profile with the Trail of Tears category connected. There has been a recent update to that category making it a "High Level" category and creating a Cherokee Trail of Tears subcategory. Please consider updating the profile by replacing Category:Trail_of_Tears with Category:Cherokee_Trail_of_Tears.
Thank you!
I'm following up my post on your profile about your interest in continuing as an active member of the Australia Project. We really hope you would like to stay involved and look forward to hearing from you as soon as convenient.
The Australia Project page has the list of teams for your to review, as well as our minimal requirements for active membership. If you have decided that you don't have time to contribute at the moment, that is absolutely fine too, and you can rejoin whenever you wish. Regards Gillian, co-Leader, Australia Project
On behalf of the Australia Project leadership team, we're carrying out a Project Members Check-in to see if you are still interested in being involved as an active member of the project. In particular, we are ready to launch our new teams for the project. Please could you let me know what team/s you would like to contribute to. A list of teams is on the Australia Project page. Please respond by private message.
We really appreciate your enthusiasm in working on Australian profiles on WikiTree, and thank you for all the work you have been doing. We look forward to hearing back from you and that you will decide to be part of the project as we move forward with the new teams for the project. Regards, Gillian
Too cool that WikiTree found you to be related to him... if you're related to him, we're related (he's my great-grandfather).
So... Hi Cousin!
Cheers, Liz
All my best, K
Thank you I enjoyed your message but when I ran the relationship finder it said no connection.

.... something has been amended on wikitree, as it now shows us as 13th cousins once removed........
Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

I see that you just volunteered and signed our honor code. That's great! Here at WikiTree we like to have our members involved with others; collaboration is key! Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors?
I see you have used the surname Caldwell for a tag. Have you checked out the One Name Studies project? The current leaders for that are Doug Lockwood and Alison Andrus. They would be happy to get you started. Let me know if you need any help!
Nelda-Volunteer Coordinator
Thanks for completing the tag indicating you wish to research/document your family history. I have found WikiTree to be an excellent tool for research and collaboration. You are now a confirmed member of the WikiTree! Thank you for volunteering.
Visit our WikiTree Community Membership page to see all the benefits of being a member.
Have fun and ask for help if you need it! WikiTree members are always eager to offer guidance to a fellow genealogist.
Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.
Great to have you on board and good luck growing your branches.
Ludwig :)
Welcome to WikiTree! The initial email from us has helpful links that will get you started on WikiTree, which is not like any genealogy site you've ever used.
WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we all work together as a BIG collaborative team!
What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research you'd like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree? When you confirm your email address, you'll have an opportunity to volunteer and tell us about your genealogical interests.
Once you volunteer, one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership, and you'll be on your way!
Welcome to the family! We're really glad you're here.
