William Brown was born on March 2, 1893, in West Virginia, son of John Brown and Tiney Davis. He married Amanda M. Keen on December 24, 1912, in Tazewell, Virginia. [1]
They had five children in 10 years. He died on January 7, 1970, in Richlands, Virginia, at the age of 76 and is buried in the Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum in Richlands, Virginia[2]
