NOTE

John Brown the son attached here, was allegedly born in Virginia in 1609, but probably born in England. The father (this profile) would probably not have died in 1662 in Massachusetts. The date was "borrowed" from the New England settler.

Browne-505 and Browne-1382 do not represent the same person because: One is the immigrant to New England the other is father of an immigrant to Virginia

Browne-505 and Browne-1382 appear to represent the same person because: Please don't reject a merge proposal that's actually a real duplicate such as in this case. :-) Same parents/spouse/siblings/children are all lined up age wise. Thanks for your help in reuniting this family.
Browne-505 and Browne-1382 do not represent the same person because: It would seem that Browne-1382 has acquired the incorrect death date belonging to Browne-505 as frequently happens in sloppy genealogy. Children born in Virginia are not likely to have parents living in Massachusetts
