In 1701, Joseph Bruce of Woburn, husbandman, bought from his brother Samuel, part of his deceased father, George Bruce's estate.[3]
In 1713, Joseph Bruce of Woburn, weaver, and his wife Hannah sold a wood lot to Joseph Winn Jr of Woburn.[4]
In 1713 (recorded in 1735), Joseph Bruce of Woburn, weaver, and his wife Hannah sold his father's estate to Joseph Peirce of Woburn.
Worcester County
In 1729 (recorded in 1744), Joseph Bruce of Mendon, weaver, sold to his son George Bruce of Mendon, cordwainer half his homestead in Mendon.[5]
Probate
In 1749, George Bruce and Hannah, the wife of Joseph Johnson signed a distribution agreement.[6]
