  • No note uses id N617. This text was just removed 'David is the eldest son of Isaac II and Mary Mellette Brunson. Cantey paperwork says Elizabeth married James Brunson. David or James fought in the Revolutionary War. He is said to have received 200 acres from his father on Black River, and 100 acres on Lynches Creek from Josiah Cantey. He also got some land by grant on Pen Branch. These records of holdings were furnished Dr. C. B. Smith by Miss Janie Revell.'.
