Patient Brian was baptised at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 25th February 1784.[1] She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary.

Stephen Woodward and Patience Brian were married by licence at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 4th September 1813.[2] They were bachelor and spinster, and both of the parish. Both signed their names on the register and the witnesses to the marriage were Robert Collins and Susannah Collins.
