DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:

Hello Stanley,

I'm searching for the Elizabeth "Betsey" Bryant, who m. (abt/bef mid 1780's) Nathaniel Leonard and they apparently settled in Middleborough, MA,, having a dau. "Betsey Leonard", who m. Rev. Lewis Leonard there in 1812. (LOTS of Leonard's marrying Leonard cousins in this time period) ... The chronology works, also an older sister of Rev. Lewis had removed to Scarborough, ME several yrs. prior to the above marriage, so familial connections are to be found in both locations ...

This profile is the prime candidate on WikiTree.

I was going to make the above connections, but thought I'd ask for your opinion first. Please let me know what you think.

Dan
