I agree with the most recent comment below. The merge of this person's father's profiles (which also were duplicates) has now been completed, so Bryant-3992 and Briant-98 now have the same father. The merge should now proceed.

Actually, it looks the father, spouse and kids are also duplicates. The dates are all the same. 98 does appear to represent the same person.
