Silvanue Bryant of Plimton, millwright died intestate and on 27 December 1770 Seth Cushing of Plimton was granted the administration of his estate.[12]
His inventory was taken on 10 January 1771 in Plimton.[13]
In 1774, an account of his estate by Seth Cushing was recorded which included, debts received, debts paid, building a chimney and repairing the house, provisions for the family, gravestones, and administration fees.[14]
In 1779, Joshua Bryant of Plympton was appointed to be the guardian of his son Sears Bryant, age 8 years.[15]
In 1779, his estate was set out to his widow, now Sarah Harlow, wife of James Harlow, and his children, Luther Bryant (eldest son), Sylvanus Bryant, Israel Bryant, Ford Bryant, Sears Bryant, and Susanna Porter, wife of Matthew Porter of Plympton.[16] In 1782, his heirs, Sarah Harlow, wife of James Harlow, Luther Bryant, Sylvanus Bryant, Israel Bryant, Matthew Porter, and the guardian of Ford Bryant, and Sears Bryant signed a receipt for their father's estate.[17]
